Applying for Coverage

A ProAssurance Ob-Gyn Risk Alliance program agent will be happy to assist you in applying for coverage; we have a network of agents who are experts in professional liability insurance.

We take care to underwrite your risk precisely, and our application reflects that commitment. After you apply and choose this coverage, you will also join the RPG; that is the federal law’s requirement for accessing the insurance program of an RPG. Your agent will explain this to you in more detail.
 
For New Applicants

• To apply for coverage, submit your physician professional liability application, supplemental application, and commitment to risk management statement to an Ob-Gyn Risk Alliance/ProAssurance-licensed agent.

For Current ProAssurance Insureds

• As a current ProAssurance insured, simply submit the supplemental application and commitment to risk management statement to an Ob-Gyn Risk Alliance/ProAssurance-licensed agent.

Supplemental Application for Ob-Gyns and Commitment to Risk Management Statement

To join the Ob-Gyn Risk Alliance, each obstetrician must complete the supplemental Ob-Gyn application and sign the commitment to risk management statement agreeing to comply with all Ob-Gyn risk management programs.
